The hotel's central location was convenient for reaching the beach, the zoo, Balboa Park, and other popular spots in San Diego. The rooms were pleasantly clean and well-equipped with coffee/tea amenities, a seating area, and a workspace. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and provided friendly service. The food was tasty, and the high-speed internet access in all rooms was convenient.

It was very comfortable for my family of 5, the food was also very good and there was variety to choose from which made it easy to please all of us.

The only thing that bothered us was waking up to a wet floor due to a broken dishwasher that we didn't even use. The maintenace advised us that the dishwasher would not work because they had to order a part, and the front desk didn't even call to ask if we would be fine staying in a room with broken appliances

The staff is very amiable, that's an advantage. In addition to abundant and great breakfast, the friendly service is offered.

,Only problem for us is that with little kids the upstairs bedroom was not fully enclosed and thus sound and light disrupted upstairs sleepers. We were also constantly worried that the 2 year old would jump over the balcony from the bed as this was a low gap. Otherwise would be very happy to stay here again. Provided breakfast was a little bit hit and miss. Fitness facility was small and needed maintenance.

Very nice hotel, soundproofing was great so we could sleep well even though near freeway. We needed to be near family to see some sights in the City and go to the Marine Bootcamp Graduation. They served a wonderful breakfast every day.

The jacuzzi wasn't what we expected, the jets just aren't located where they can do any good. It was nice and hot for a good soak, with bubbles :)

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a clean and comfortable suite with a cozy couch, the staff were welcoming, and the heated pool was a great addition to my stay.

The size of the room, the bed. It was very clean. The staff hospitality. The location and easy access to many attractions.

I enjoyed my stay and am ready to come back.

Big apartment with beds that easily fitte a family of five.

It had a kitchen and was very nice. .

The pool and breakfast buffett were to packed with a bunch of teenagers. This is not the hotel fault.

The staff here were very welcoming and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

Convenient location, free parking, room price and value were all good.

Other noisy guests, but it was the Fourth of July and very packed.

Wonderful and comfortable rooms, perfect for a family, very clean and friendly service, excellent complementary breakfast buffet that even included a waffle maker to make your own fresh waffles, we loved it!
